6 DAYS HEALTHY PACKED MEALS

 MONDAY - GREEN SALAD WITH TOFU & BEEF BEAN ROLLS


BREAKFAST
Ingredients:
- Green chris lettuce
- Cherry tomato
- White tofu
- Mandarin orange
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan salt
- Black pepper
- Parsley

How to make:
- Wash all the veggies
- Cut the white tofu into small pieces of square
- Marinate the cut tofu with extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and salt for about 10 minutes
- Grill or just fry with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil until golden brown
- Peel the mandarin orange and make sure there is no seeds inside
- Mix all of the veggies and add some salts, olive oil, black pepper and parsley
- Packed into your meal box

LUNCH
Ingredients:
- Green chris lettuce
- Long bean
- BBQ beef slices
- Baby potato
- Kiwi
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan salt
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- Bulgogi sauce

How to make:
- Wash all the veggies
- Boil the baby potato for about 10 minutes
- Marinate the beef slice with extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, parsley and salt for 15 minutes
- Roll the long bean with the marinated beef slice then let it chill for about 10 minutes
- Grill or just fry the rolled long bean beef with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil until golden brown then add about 4 tbs of bulgogi sauce (for about 100gr of beef slice)
- Peel the kiwi and cut into the size as you want
- Also peel the baby potato or you can eat that with the skin
- Packed into your meal box
