30 DAYS HEALTHY FOODS

 DAY 1 - HALF BOILED EGGS WITH GREEN SALAD


Ingredients:
- Green salanova
- Yellow bell pepper
Omega 3 eggs
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Himalayan salt
- Extra virgin olive oil

How to make:
- Boil 2 eggs only for about 5-6 minutes
- Wash all the veggies, then cut it into the size you want
- Mix all veggies with extra virgin olive oil then add some salt and black pepper
- Plating your salad as you want


DAY 2 - ROASTED CHICKEN BREAST WITH GREEN SALAD


Ingredients:
- Red salanova
- Yellow bell pepper
- Chicken breast
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Himalayan salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Teriyaki sauce

How to make:
- Marinate 150gr of chicken breast with teriyaki sauce, salt, black pepper and parsley for about 30 minutes
- Grill or just fry marinated chicken breast with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil
- Cut the grilled chicken breast into the size you want
- Wash all the veggies, then cut it into the size you want
- Mix all veggies and grilled chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil then add some salt and black pepper
- Plating your salad as you want


DAY 3 - GREEN AND EGG SPRING ROLLS


Ingredients:
- Thailand rice paper
- Green salanova
- Sweet italiano chili
- Tempeh
- Prawn
- Red Radish
- Omega 3 eggs
- Zucchini
- Green lime
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Himalayan salt
- Teriyaki sauce
- Sesame and spicy tomato dressing
- Warm water

How to make:
- Cut 150gr of tempeh into the rectangular size
- Marinate the tempeh and prawn with teriyaki sauce, salt, green lime juice, black pepper and parsley for about 20 minutes
- Grill or just fry marinated tempeh and prawn with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil
- Wash the zucchini and sweet italiano chili then cut those into rectangular size
- Wash the red radish and cut it into round thin size
- Wisk 2 eggs and just add a little bit of salt
- Fry the eggs and make it a little bit thin so it can be the wrap
- Soak the rice paper into the warm water for only about 5 seconds
- Fill it as you want with the veggies, tempeh, prawn, eggs and make the rolls as beautiful as you can
- You have to be careful when you roll the rice paper because it is so thin and so easy to break
- Enjoy your spring rolls with sesame and spicy tomato dressing
